Crystal founded BRF in 2014. After first educating herself on all things credit she began helping friends and family. Impressed with their results they then encouraged her to start a company to help others with credit challenges they faced. Crystal notices a reoccurring theme being the lack of credit literacy. With a background in business and marketing, she pressed forward with a goal to not only correct credit challenges but to also educate as many people about credit as possible.
Shardell
Shardell started with BRF in 2016 after first being a client. She believed in the process and supported Crystal’s vision. With a background in business management and organizational leadership she assisted with the implementation of BRF’s business structure. She has pure passion for both helping people and business. With an upbeat can-do attitude, she has been educating and assisting BRF clients with achieving their credit goals.

Q: How do I get started?

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Process does 6- 9 months to complete however you will see results within the first 90 days.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We understand that having less than perfect credit is costing you a lot more in many areas of your life. Because of this we have two payment options. $600 paid in full or 3 monthly payments of $250. Tradelines can be added for an additional fee.
Q: What is a tradeline?
A: A tradeline is an authorized user account added to you credit to help provide a boost in credit score. Sometime this is referred to as piggybacking.
Q: Do items that are removed come back?
A: Once an item is removed that creditor cannot put it back on your report. Keep in mind credit repair removes the account not the obligation to the debt.
Q: Can I sign up if I am in an active bankruptcy?
A: We recommend waiting until your case has been discharged of dismissed.
Q: Why hire our company?
A: Honestly, although you can repair your credit yourself, in fact we can even teach you, many of us just don’t have the time available to fully commit to the process. Build Repair and File will help you to read and understand your report with scores, and help come up with a development to get you to your credit goals.

A: BRF is always available via email, text or inbox to ask questions, get encouragement or understand the process better. But we are able to speak via phone: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 9am-12pm

Q: Do you assist with CPN’s?
A: We DO NOT, do anything with CPN! We do not add our tradeline to them nor do we sell or repair them. We follow all laws and regulation governed by The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
